Surrendering the old attachments and ego ways is the one side of the coin, surrender into Light Power, Clarity, Strength and Softness is the other side. 
We ask, "Is this my ego or my Light talking?" Surrender the ego by not engaging it.  Then we state, "I deserve to......" We align with the deserving Truth.
